Training dummies? Do you mean stuff along the lines of what they use to train hunting dogs to retrieve game? If so, outdoor sporting goods stores like Gander Mountain generally sell them. That’s where my boyfriend and I got our dog’s crate and they have an entire section of goods for training hunting dogs.
